You'd complain about getting hung with a new rope.
No RSS? No CSS? Who cares? IE is a standard that operates seemlessly with almost every single website on Earth. It integrates seemlessly with the most popular productivity suite, Microsoft Office, and it runs flawlessly on the greatest creation in all of human history, the Windows operating system. For the masses, the technology has pretty much hit the wall. Sure, the geeks out there might want a few goodies to help them get over their lack of female contact, but in the end, what more is a browser supposed to do? I open it, I read text, I look at pictures, I watch some video, I listen to sound, I get annoyed by people who want to sell me stuff. That's about it. The bottom line is, Microsoft won this battle, it's over, move on.
