Interesting
What a great idea! Interesting that it was an ex-MacroHard exec. that came up with it. Hopefully this company becomes ubiquitous in the industry, and starts to affect how OSS is created. My pet peeve is that new OSS projects tend to create their own supporting software - instead of using existing ones. I can't tell you how many times I wanted ONE OSS program, and had to load 10 others to support it. If there were "certified" support softwares, it would be in the best interest of the OSS programmer to use those, so that his project could be easily certified too.
