- Impact on Vista
-
This announcement will have absolutely no impact on Vista adoption. It surprises me that this would even be suggested. Most people will upgrade to Vista by purchasing a new machine, not the retail package at their local electronics store.
BTW: Who really believes Microsoft will be able to deliver on its tentative timeline determined three years out? They're still working to meet so called established release schedules, so the fact that they are saying 2010 shouldn't mean much of anything substantive. Have we forgotten the Vista delays already?
It is nice to hear some word about future Windows development currently in the works, but little of substance was actually presented. - Posted by: Tiggster Posted on: 07/22/07 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
