You are using feisty fawn? I'm very sorry to hear that. You wasted 2 hours downloading it, another 2 installing it, and another 2 confiugring it and thats low balling the numbers. So already you wasted 6 hours. That really sucks.

i can access the majority of my ntfs files and I can use them with feisty Fawn. I cannot do this from Windows, of course.

You can't access ntfs files from Windows? Then you don't know how to operate a computer.

I've found that those who dislike Linux lack the knack of figuring out how to expand their capabilities beyond the Windows gui.

Yeah darn those gui users! Imagine them using a gui because it makes their life easier and can accomplish tasks in seconds. Before you get too high on your horse you should know that linux has a gui too so you just insulted linux users everywhere. I like it when you do that.

The real beauty of your post is that I didn't mention Microsoft Windows once in my post but in a typical linux fanboy fathom you still felt the need to bring them into the conversation. Sounds a bit like envy to me.
