Adobe seems to have totally missed the point. They would be better off sorting out the millions of pirated versions of their software than trying to stop touching up photos.
The only time it becomes fraud is when the revamped photos are used to illegally obtain money or goods. Other than that, every professional photographer touches up photos, especially thse of young spotty faced kids posing for a formal portrait ordered by their loving parents.
