I guess that makes it just 15 years after Windows had this, or is it 20?

Yep, I can hardly wait to embrace Linux. A unified interface - what will these brilliant people think up next? Oh, I don't know - maybe a usable desktop, applications, reliability, support, stable releases, single-vendor point of contact, documentation, standards conformance, ease of use, respect of patents, trademarks and intellectual property, interoperability, the absence of multiple system variants, the absence of the klutzy, geeky Unix way of doing things. I'm sorry, did I hurt your feelings?

You know, there must be so many "nails" in Microsoft's "coffin" it's just about ready to sink to the center of the planet of its own weight. Yeah, right.
