'Portland' 1.0 aims to ease Linux interface
Total garbage and thats all that will pan out of this project if its being run by the open source linux labs. No linux distro has ever been able to unify the interface and they had years to do it so I'm not about to believe them now. The fact that they are doing it specifically for linux means they really don't care about open source and are destined to fail. Waste your time and energy all you want, there is always BSD for my *nix needs.
