EMC...Forgot the little guy! (and support)
If EMC is can blow 2.x Billion dollars to aquire other companies, it's little wonder. It sells "Retrospect" to the home or small business user, then drops it's email support and makes you pay for any other support.

Retrospect used to be the best backup software, then it's 7.0 had problems and wanted people to upgrade to 7.5 (which had problems also)
Upon contacting EMC it was explained to me, they had dropped any email support and any phone support would cost $$$ and I could call them to get my problems resolved.
I was told to download 7.5 and I could use the trial period to see if it corrected the problem. It did to an extent, but another larger problem occurred, I called back and was told to either pay for 7.5 (to get the free 30 support) or uninstall 7.5 and reinstall 7.0 and pay for support.....
Talk about blackmail!
(BTW 7.0 never did run properly to begin with)
