I don't have a bias to Microsoft or against Google, I just give credit where its due. Now if Google actually did something worthwhile I'd give them credit.

This spreadsheet on the web simply will not work. Who are going to be the users of this? People in the office have Excel and Office on thier PC. The road warriors have Excel and Office on the laptop. And its that reason people should use Excel and not a web based spreadsheet. We use macros all the time, I'd have to not have that ability in my spreadsheets. Something the web can't offer.
