Google guns for Microsoft
After getting my invitation today and giving it a quick run through, I would have to say no Microsoft does not need to be worried. Most companies and people for that matter won't trust it nor have the need for it. The layout is clunky, the menus are scattered. Doing basic formulas was not worth the trouble.
