Yes, Microsft is throwing anything and everything into to the Office suite to try and keep you hooked, but Governments and large corporations just want simple word processing, simple spread sheets, and simple presentations.

And, on that note, OpenOffice even has way more funcionality that most want.

Again, we are talking generic office suites here, nothing more.
