For which mindset?
For someone that has never us a computer, OS X is very easy to
use. To someone that has been trained to think the Microsoft
way, it's more difficult. I've used both and find OS X more
intuitive.

For example in OS X if you want to require a password on
wake up from the screen saver you have to go into system prefs
and under the security prefs not the Screen Saver prefs, that just
doesn't make sense why would a screen saver pref be in security
prefs.

A password is a security feature, so logically it should be
in the security preferences. Drag and drop works much
better in OS X than xp. If I drag a file to another drive, it should
move it, not make an "alias" of it. Burning CDs/DVDs is also
much easier is OS X. list just goes on. But if you're trained to
thin the Microsoft way only, anything other than windows is
"hard".
