Good to know that...
...some people are actually trying to dissmiss urban myths such as the "OSS puts programmers out of a job" fable.

OSS is here to stay, and it evolved to a facet of IT which is complementary of commercial software. If you can't stand the idea that "free labor" from "basement brats" really is useful, deal with it. And please realise, nobody is trying to steal your jobs.
