But you know why?...
The catch-phrases are necessary so that the "sellers" can have something obscure to sell the Emperor (that's all of us with real ideas or knowledge). Their deal is a bit obscure...we are forced to wonder what it is and how it is different...even to think that maybe we're just not grasping it. All part of the ruse for them to stay "ahead" of the rest of us who get real work done. And they have to stay "ahead" in order to have "new clothes" to sell the Emperor...otherwise they'd have nothing to sell at all.
