FIX the autoupdater !!!!
It would behoove Sun to FIX the autoupdating mechanism as it does not uninstall older, vulnerable versions of the JRE/J2SE. I help out at anti-malware forums and have seen Victims who have SIX versions of java installed. That's almost 600MBs of wasted disk space.
And, according to an email I received from the Sun Security Coordination Team, older, vulnerable versions CAN be called by malware writers. Unfortunately, they never followed up on this as they had promised to.
FIX the autoupdater, Sun. Enough already !!!
