For Koffice at least, all you need is the optional [url=http://pim.kde.org] KPim package [/url] (name may vary depending on your FOSS distribution). I'm not going to review, but the features and integration are coming along nicely.

I'd expect to see a PIM in StarOffice before I saw one in OOo.
