Well Said Again
We have been suggesting, "Don?t Search, Improve Query-formulation, Find and Fetch"

Ref: http://news.zdnet.com/5208-9588-0.html?forumID=1&threadID=6970&messageID=140043&start=-1

But major search giants persist in searching and NOT finding / fetching, as "gaby" rightly points out.

It is understandable that they adopt the strategy of dumping huge hit lists, mostly irrelevant, for general search service actually catering to advertisers. But it would be interesting to see what they would offer to corporate search customers. Surely they know superior ways of meeting the real business needs. They may now offer to serious information seekers: google for fee! That will do a lot of good to their reputation and also profits.

If the corporate customers or search giants are still in search of "Find and Fetch Engines", we can help.
