Suggestion...
I've been making the same suggestion since Exchange5.5. Get rid of JET and run it on SQL Server. JET is notorious for corrupting data. I have been in an Exchange environment since about 1998 and have yet to go more than a couple of months without someone's mailbox becoming corrupted. This has been the case in an environment with 10 mailboxes or 1000. In both 5.5 and 2000 the information store used to get completely hosed at least once a year. Haven't had that show up in 2003 yet (knock on wood), but I figure it's only a matter of time as long as JET is the underlying data engine.
