The Uneducated Needs Educated
Look.. most home desktop users bought their computer to use as a tool to learn. They aren't zombie's sitting behind the screen. They CAN learn and CAN understand the impact if the media coverage is done properly.

First, the media needs to QUIT calling it a "rootkit" and call it what it is.. it is a VIRII itself. It is a malicious VIRII because it tricks your anti-virus programs. Every freakin news article I read, they start out calling it a rootkit. THAT IS WHAT TECHS call it! The average Joe needs to know what it truly is.. it is a virus within itself. It's a fact and Symantec and the rest can shove it up their arses for not admitting what it truly is and hiding the facts that THEY ALLOWED IT or was part of the Song BMG DRM crusade!

This should be a populated call for ALL antivirus companies to fess up the truth about WHY their programs missed it (I never read ONE ion of coverage of why they ALL failed). Of course, they won't tell the truth because their will be TONS of lawsuits and they will be standing before the courts along with Sony BMG. I do not trust NOT ONE of the antivirus companies... and I use only free ones! Afterall, the ones that charge, especially the GOATS who charge annually are committed by your pocket to either see viruses attacking, or they'll be out of business. THINK ABOUT IT! When are people gonna open their eyes to the B#llsh#t the media and these companies are forcing on you!!! Anyone that pays a PENNY for a antivirus program deserves what they get!

Lastly, Song BMG may weasal their way out of this, but if anything, it should educate the average computer user... and the media and the average computer user needs to START questioning their antivirus companies RIGHT NOW!
