Is Microsoft bringing CRM to the masses?
This is a confident no. Most people don't need a CRM application. I asked a friend of mine who is in sales if she needed a CRM application and showed her either CompeireCRM or SugarCRM, can't remember which but they had the online demo and was open source. She said she didn't need anything like that, it was overly complex. She just uses old fashioned index cards for her contacts. We have ACT! loaded on a handfull of people's laptops at work and I think only 2 maybe 3 use it.

So despite Microsoft's best efforts in the realm of CRM, I don't see them bringing it to the masses like they anticipate.
