Excuse me, the high volume low price leader????
Except for a few small areas with open source??? Seems like there are some pretty BIG areas where they are far from the low cost leader, and they are not all open source. Take Word Perfect for instance. In servers, including the OS, Database, Web server, Application server, they are a lot higher than about everybody else. Heck, even Solaris is cheaper than Windows super duper enterprise.

And, what do you get from Microsoft for those high prices? Plain Jane middle of the road products that you can not touch, where you have to beg Microsoft for every little extra feature you want.

Imagine if Google had to use Micosoft OS and database to run their servers. They would spend billions, would have to beg Microsoft for ever little thing, reboot periodically, clean viruses, and there would be the crashes.

These guys are the low quality, high price leaders!!!!
