I'm actually amazed...
That out of the millions and millions of lines of code in unix/Linux, SCO could only come up with 217 that seem to match other lines of code.

I'm curious how much of this even comes down to examples such as "For I= 1 to 10"...as we ALL know no other programmer would EVER use "I" as a variable and it MUST be originated with SCO. wink

And what's with the 5 pages. 5 total pages for all this ruckus? Are you kidding? What did they use? 2 point font with no margins?

This does NOT bode well for SCO and honestly, if you are an investor and paying these excutives your money you must be a complete idiot. You'd be much better off at the roulette table. I'm actually quite pissed because this is OUR tax dollars being wasted on all these legal cases.

...b ut again, I'm not saying anything that hasn't been said before countless times...
