Let me get this straight
Previously, Linux defenders claimed that SCO's failure to provide information to the court regarding their claim was proof that their claim was invalid.

Now that SCO has provided information, under seal, this is absolute proof that there are no violations, that they are lying, and that they are spreading FUD for their good buddies at MS.

Methinks your logic is a bit illogical. (By the way, this in no way means that I believe that there is any merit to SCO's claims. I simply don't know.)
