Well, we're all learning.
Given what's left out, Student is obviously a home edition. Customers are on the honor system.

I've been saying for some time that both Windows and Office will be available in a variety of versions for a variety of users at a variety of price points.

If there are a substantial number of small organizations requiring less than complete functionality, I expect that a version will be made available for them, if it hasn't been already. And prices are negotiable in actuality.

Market segmentation is a comparatively easy, well-known process.

The post to which I responded concerned home users.
