No Helpful Changes
I know many of you won't like the fact that I'm pro-Microsoft . . . but even though I favor MS, I can't stand their SA program! And this article does not outline any helpful changes to the program that would make it easier to use. All MS needs to do is sit down with me and I'll tell them how to make it clear. For one, start with naming conventions. The terms "Select" and "Open" mean absolutely nothing! So just use easily identifiable "levels" such as "basic" and "advanced" . . . so we can see a clear differentiation between the SA agreements. The opening paragraph of this article talks about the complexity of SA . . . adding more rules without redoing the SA program from the ground up doesn't help anyone!
