"Software Assurance" aka "The Great MS scam"
"Software Assurance" is a joke. Nothing but a means to force people into sending money for something that may never appear, or if it does, it may not be used or even wanted.

They couldn't coerce people into upgrading and thus the birth of "Software Assurance".

As far as Lees statement of bringing customers the "three things" they want most, well, it's a crock. I'm thinking that price is most certainly a significant issue. That issue seems to be conspicuously absent from Lees'list of "what customers want". Gee what a surprise.
