Patent reform: Who's on first?

Marketing must be required for patent validity: "Theft of concepts"

What happened to NEW, and Non-obvious,

Unfortunately, we now have courts that instead of requiring the applicant to prove a valid reason for a patent, are quick to grant it and loathe to reject it.

A fix will require the patentee to market the product and refuse to allow a patent to be "sat upon" until someone violates it. FAILURE TO MARKET THE INVENTION should be grounds for LOSS of the patent and also act as grounds for disallowing patents on the grounds of prior art.
