Let's start:
1) Most 'independant' studies were commisioned by Microsoft, amongst the one of Cap Gemini that was involved with the borough of Newham, UK. Also quoting Didio, a well known biased person toward Microsoft, shows where this article is leading to.

2)Choice of OS also involved avoidance of vendor-lock in, something this article doesn't mention.

3) Security issues, in this article, seems to be obfuscated by combining both Window and Linux OS's; as if both platform suffer the same degree of exploits. I wonder why this was written that way. The internet, th? network most open to exploits, is mainly run by Linux/apache. When do 'ITC-Analyst' start to comprehend this fact.
