You might be having by 2006 an Intel-Mac shipping with OS X !! Hurray
Leopard is the code name for OS X 10.5, we are now on Tiger wich is 10.4.
Leopard will run on Intel based Macs (I doubt it will run on 'generic', Hp, or Compaq mobos. why? there may be more BIOS instructions and the system board controller chip may also be different than 'generic' ones on Intel. We will see!
