"There's a level of education needed, and I don't see that happening".

What a stupid statment! Computer users (or at least most of us) are educated and tend to have an IQ above 11, so why is this a hurdle? Or was anyone challenged when it came to understanding the benefit of USB 2.0 over USB 1?
