No overload if your staff is large enough
Mr. Gates thinks "information overload" is overblown? Well I'm sure if I had his staff, I wouldn't have any problems keeping up things either. Fortunately, I have Spotlight running on OS X.

All my email is in either my Saved Folder or my Sent Folder, and I dump all the data files, photo, movies, etc. that I want to keep into one folder.

Then using Spotlight I can find anything on my system, or any of our servers, in a couple of seconds.
