i have just installed the winXP-64 on an athlon64 system and am having
problems. like the 32bit programs can't seem to access the internet properly (IE-32) while IE-64 has no problem. and the setting to make the secondary monitor (actually a TV) a clone of the primary is missing. and the 3dmarks03 rating is only 479 (pitiful).

of course, linux isn't much better. all i get on the secondary monitor is cute wavy lines.

guess i won't be moving my multimedia development away from the intel/rambus box any time soon.

yo.
