I'm not sure what you mean.

The distribution package for RHEL contains instructions on how to remove RH-only material (trademark stuff, basically) and get a working, freely distributable, system.

Repeat: freely distributable. As in, White Box Linux. White Box is RHEL as modified according to Red Hat's instructions. White Box is freely distributable and it's functionally identical to Red Hat.

I hope that clears matters up -- I've been telling the same story for pretty near a year now.
