I think this report and the projection were already in the stock.

A couple of major institutional investors have recently sold much of their holdings, and any purchases by institutions have been small.
The $150 million additional buyback discussed elsewhere may be a way of propping up the stock. Or maybe even an assurance to institutions that they can escape.
To the extent they've been doing anything, insiders have been selling.
The recommendation from analysts is Hold.

In sum, RHAT isn't going anywhere.

Why not?
Probably because, with the limitations of Red Hat's business model, there's a limit to the profits they can make.

If anyone else has an alternative explanation, I'd like to hear it.
