No need for training ...
Those users who voluntarily make the conversion will likely be techie types who already know the ropes. They in turn will train their co-workers who follow them. Why should an organization pay for software when people write it for free? Why should an organization pay for training when people are willing to provide it without charge? This is a revolution that will provide its own fuel. That is what the world is about to discover.
