Support but no training?
"Users that make the change will be offered support but not full training"

I don't know how many of my users would be willing to make that kind of change without some kind of training being offered. Support is all fine and good, but in my experience your average user will not be comfortable sitting down with a new application suite, much less an OS without training - especially if it is for work and not personal use.
