Good news for regular MS users...
... as lower level editions will likely show very little improvement over WinXP, the rest of people will still search for financially viable alternatives (like Linux which can be found for FREE, or even Mac).

Longhorn will become famous as the rich man's tool. "Poor" people will use other OSes.

So you see, MS won't really crush the competition with this. From mid 2006 on, we hopefully will see a nice structed market, with room for everyone, and with choices for all kinds of applications.

Congratulations to MS, hoping they'll learn to play it fair...
