Explain to me the differences?
What would be different about SBE verses Professional? In XP Pro, you are required to belong to a domain? I don't see it, unless for some reason they decided to bundle Office with Longhorn.

I really don't see the need to split Home and Media Center as well. Generally you will want the Media extensions at home. But I see where Media Center can be useful at work. Cursed Sales people and their budgets.
