Microsoft paid Sun 1.9 Billion and yet Sun is still unable to abide to the terms of the MCPP that every other vendor has to abide by.
The deal between Microsoft and Sun, competitors in the desktop file/print/domain server market, represents an exclusive deal which could restrict trade.

Agreements among parties in a competing relationship can raise antitrust suspicions. Competitors may be agreeing to restrict competition among themselves. Antitrust authorities must investigate the effect and purpose of an agreement to determine its legality.
