Definitely.

As more and more people become accustomed to Linux, the fear factor, and cost factor involved with migrating from Windows to Linux will slowly evaporate, and actualy merits of the both platforms will be the deciding factor. IT staff knowlegable in UNIX type OS's are still rather scarce (this is the 'cost factor' I'm talking about) at this time.
