but... did they actually say that?
was there an actual clause in the SA agreement that stated how often updates would be done? or was it just a few statements about their plans outside of the agreement.
i don't think they can be charged with fraud, unless it can be proven that they misled their custoemrs... if there's not contract or atleast sufficient written record, that proof will be hard to come by.
