So let mee see if I understand correctly
First the liscencees saw the introduction of longhorn outside of the period over wiche they receive free updates. Now not only do they have to pay again for a longhorn liscence but it will also be about half the package it was promised to be. Want to bet the rest of the features will come with an update just outside the scope of the new liscence?

It probably isn't criminal but it sure should be
