I personally support a handicapped person and understand very well what is needed for them to be productive. For example, "Mousekeys" is important for cursor movement. What is needed is a key remapping program. Adding macros to keys would help people immensely - yet I don't see it in either KDE or GNOME. On the M$ side, you would have to purchase that software, as M$ only supplies the mousekeys.
