UAC is the No.1 reason users should upgrade
I agree, when they upgrade to Linux they won't be annoyed by it, they also won't be annoyed by a lot of other windows "features". They will also have the convenience of the Linux Software manager, like DrakConf (Mandriva Linux Control Centre) or Synaptic or Yum or Smart, and be able to install all of their software from a central software repository.

In addition they will get simple security that actually works, plus thousands of Free Software titles.

Yes indeed when they upgrade they will have all the advantages of Linux.
