No, it's very important...
It's not good to offshore any of it, IMO, but to offshore the more core parts is another degree worse. Some of the work requires more highly skilled labor. This means that we will not be training or giving that experience to our citizens. It also means that higher paid jobs are lost, compared to lower paid ones...not just now, but in the future, due to the fostering of a training/skill gap.
