and in Europe it's a rewind of the 90s. A commissioned think tank that came out with PC related "thinking" right after the CoFI ruled, which said PCs should come bare and OS be a choice. However, Apple should not be included because they are a "high end" machine (other than they use commodity hardware identical to all PCs shhh, don't tell them) that is a niche product for publishing. So, yeah, they should not be forced to come OS free, but all other desktop computers should. I don't see any bias there.
