A total outrage...
Microsoft once again steps up to the plate to placate lesser life forms who continue to use a legacy product. I have long ago banned the usage of XP in our business and in my personal life. All of our computers at home were wiped years ago and replaced with Longhorn builds and Vista release candidates. At work, I refused to acknowledge that some of our line of business applications would not work on Vista and migrated anyway. I told the business owners to "get real" and stop standing in the way of progress. The eXPerience was awesome for its time, but now the Vista WOW is in charge. My rep and I celebrate the release of Vista every day with a small toast at lunch followed by celebrations of cigars and cognacs at Daniel's Broiler several times a week.
