In otherwise, if the user has a choice to purchase Vista they choose not to.

If the user has to buy an OEM low-priced PC they MUST get Vista.

Microsoft isn't concerned. Typical of a monopoly that knows it will get it's money since it's the only OS available for OEM PC's.

Makes one feel SOO proud ~ pfft~
