Responding to his post is pointless...
He could not even get past the first couple of sentences you wrote. One might also note that he did not understand that the article is about Europe (No_Ax, that is this big place that consists of the European Union and several nonmember nations, had a couple world wars, population of over 500 million people, etc.). In these places, it is more likely that people will have mobile devices, as well as the computers/systems in avionics, entertainment systems, satellites, etc. None of this being the domain of a PC. This lack of grasp of context is illustrated in his response to your post.
