Great technology but clearly a tough sell
Good article on the issues of adopting this good technology. As a hobbyist photographer, JPEG really does compromise an image but it's ubiquity and 'good enough' form is a huge hurdle.

The other issue the article touched on is smaller file size. Well, this value is quickly diminishing if you look at what's happening to flash card prices and densities, never mind hard drive.

I hope Apple and Adobe push this. They gotta be there.
